Strength:

1) 15 min to establish a 1RM 2 Position Hang Snatch (low hang – 2″ from floor, to hang @ top of knees)

2) 3×1  2 Position Hang Snatch @ 90% of 1RM from #1 – rest 90 seconds

Conditioning:

21-15-9
Clean into a Thruster, AKA Cluster (95/65)
Over the Box Jumps (20″)

ERHMAGERD, CLUSTERS!  They’re like a mini barbell complex! My favorite!
